Our goal is to provide all who are interested in Yoga to have the opportunity to practice in a safe and caring environment. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be flexible to partake in a yoga class, all you need is an open mind and the willingness to learn.  There are many props to assist our bodies to find a peaceful place in the pose where breath is easeful, and stress can soften.  Yoga is for Every Body.

Shannon Harvey ERYT500 YACEP, Pelvic Floor Teacher

Shannon is the owner of Sundre Yoga.  She has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching for over a decade.  Originally taking her teacher training with Ally Bogard and Karuna Erickson she hasn't stopped learning ever since.  

Shannon has over 800 hours of training to date from teachers such as Judith Lasater, Leslie Howard, Marion Mugs McConnell, and Brenda Feuerstein.  Most recently she is taking a 1200 hour Yoga Therapy course originally taught by Dr Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani from Pondecherry, India through Terri Mcdermott.

Breanne has recently joined Sundre Yoga and brings with her a deeply caring practice along with her beautiful smile.  She teaches Yoga for Kids, Teens, Moms and Tots as well as Yoga Nidra.
