Yoga is so much more than Asana, the movement of yoga. Through out this weekend we will explore the 8 limbs of yoga, what they are, and how they integrate into our every
Arrival time by 5:00pm on Friday September 29th giving us a chance to settle in, explore our surroundings and then come together for our opening circle, pranayama and asana practice.
Saturday is a day of surrender. We start with meditation, breath, and asana practice. The afternoon will bring a Restorative yoga practice as well as a journaling exercise.
Sunday we will once again join in meditation, pranayama, and asana. We will join in our closing circle and send our energy back into the world.
What to Bring:
Bring your pillow and a sleeping bag or sheets for your bed. The cabins are rustic, heated, and peppered within the trees. Bathrooms are located at a central location very close to the cabins.
Accommodations are all cabins, some private and a few shared. Please let me know if you are coming with friends.
Yoga mat and any of your favorite props.
A journal and pen
Water bottle and a hot drink holder, both spill proof.
Two extra blankets of equal size for our Restorative practice. (mexican blankets are best but two that are the same size will do)

A deposit of $150 is required to hold your position. A minimum of 10 is required to run the retreat, a maximum of 20.
